guitarist and singer needed

HTML clipboardI’m looking for a guitarist to complete a cover project. I am looking to do AOR (i.e. John Mayer, Matchbox 20, Vertical Horizon, Jason Mraz, etc.) & eventually slip in some of my original songs. I would like someone who can at least sing back-up, though someone who can sing lead would be preferred. I am a drummer/singer/songwriter, & I have a bassist & keyboardist who are interested.

The American Night

The American Night is soliciting auditions for the part of Jim Morrison.  The American Night is a working tribute band that performs throughout the pacific northwest and beyond.  The mp3 attached is a live recording of the band.  To audition, vocalists should provide an mp3 of them singing a Doors song and a photo.  The demo does not need to be fancy or well produced.  Even singing along with a Karaoke backtrack is perfectly acceptable.  We are listening for vocal quality and similarity to Jim Morrison’s sound.  Find us on our Ultimate Band project page here
